Terms and Conditions
Rentals open all year round.
Article – 1: These terms apply exclusively to rentals located at Grands Prés des Baronnies, in the hamlet Les Sias, 29 rue de l’abbé, 26170 La Roche-sur-le-Buis, at 489 Chemin de la Muse, 84110 Sablet, and at 207 Rue du Général de Gaulle, 84110 Sablet.
Article – 2: Duration of stay: The tenant signing this contract for a fixed period cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay.
Article – 3: If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains due to the owner. In this case, no refund will be made.
Article – 4: Inventory and cleanliness:
Upon arrival, the state of cleanliness must be checked by both parties. End-of-stay cleaning is optional (see extras). If the option is not paid, the tenant is required to leave the property impeccable, as found upon arrival.
Article – 5: Use of the premises: The tenant is required to:
1. Occupy the premises only as a residence, excluding any business, profession, or industry, the tenant acknowledging that this rental is granted solely as a temporary and leisure residence, a major condition without which this rental would not have been granted.
2. Do nothing that, by their actions or the actions of their family or guests, may disturb the neighbors.
3. Under no circumstances store furniture, except for linens and small items.
4. Make no modifications or changes to the arrangement of furniture and premises.
5. Introduce no pets into the rented holiday home without prior authorization from the owner.
6. Allow any urgent maintenance work to be carried out during the rental period if it cannot be postponed.
7. Maintain the rented premises and leave them in a clean condition at the end of the stay.
8. Immediately inform the owner or their representative of any damage or incidents occurring on the premises, even if no apparent damage results.
9. Be responsible for any damage or loss caused by themselves or by persons accompanying them during the rental.
Article – 6: Capacity: This contract is established for a maximum number of persons. If the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity, the owner may refuse additional persons. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered initiated by the client.
Article – 7: Electric vehicles: The tenant is not allowed to plug their vehicle into an electrical outlet inside the holiday home under penalty of immediate exclusion from the property. Charging stations are located 7 km from the accommodation, in Buis-les-Baronnies (opposite the Carrefour Contact store and at the parking area near the Post Office).
Article – 8: Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by their actions. They must be insured under a vacation-type insurance policy for these various risks.
